THE DETAILS

The specialty tulip subscription a once a week bunch of tulips for 4 weeks.

Pick up location Takoma at 808 Aspen St NW DC 20012

Projected pick up dates Wednesdays: March 18, 25, April 1, 8. (These are field grown tulips. Mother Nature will dictate exactly when bloom so these dates may shift!)

Pick up time 8am onward.

What to expect at pick up...we make it easy!

For those of you considering purchasing but have never done it before, WELCOME!

We make things super simple so you get the freshest, most unique, grown in DC tulips, grab and go, easy peasy! We send reminder email/txt the day before pick up and then another email/txt the day of letting you know that the blooms are at the pickup spot. Typically blooms hit the pickup location around 8am. Then you come and do a porch pick up. You don't need to come at a particular time. You don't need to knock. The flowers are in buckets and you chose the bouquet(s) that strike your fancy. Pro-tip...come early for the best selection! Check your name off so we know who has picked up, and that's it!

Our growing space is petite - subscriptions are limited.

Flowers are not treated with pesticides, fungicides or miticides

SUBSCRIPTION PICK UP IS ON SATURDAY THEN WEDNESDAYS

The first pick up is Saturday, 2/14 on Valentine's Day.

Subsequent pick up dates are on Wednesdays starting in the early AM. You will get a text when they have arrived at your pick up point.

You just drop in, initial that you've picked up and grab your favorite!

WHAT IF I CAN'T PICK UP?

You can always have someone else pick up for you...we keep things easy!

Also, it's not uncommon for people to split a subscription if you know you can't make all the dates.

If you don't pick up, your bouquet will be donated. It won't be wasted.

We like to be accommodating but we're very small. Administratively handling skipped weeks is too much for us. We hope you understand.

IMPORTANT: CHECK OUT IS FROM ONE LOCATION ONLY AT THIS TIME

Please note, when you check out you can only do with products from one location at a time.

Example: if you add a product picking up from Petworth and then a product picking up from Takoma, Shopify will not allow you to complete checkout.

To resolve this, select all Takoma products and pay. Then add all Petworth products and pay.
