Daffodil Bulbs - 'Carlton'

There is an entire world of specialty daffodils...which are also commonly referred to as Narcissus.

'Carlton' is the classic large-cupped daffodil. The blooms are solid golden-yellow with wide, gracefully frilled cups and broad. These are what you think of when you think classic daffodil. Interestingly, have a unique vanilla fragrance. Noted for increasing it's bloom power year after year it is widely used in large-scale plantings. 

Thriving in full sun to part shade, 'Carlton' prefers well-drained soil and is deer-resistant, rabbit-resistant, and drought-tolerant. , r.

Narcissus are generally excellent for cut arrangements. They are deer and rabbit resistant. They do well in full sun to part shade. They do require well drained soil.  If you plant where the soil is consistently wet they will rot.
